A 14-year U.S. Army Ranger veteran, Mike has dedicated the last 13 years of his life as an advocate of public and private initiatives and programs connecting America with her veterans. Wounded in an IED attack Iraq on Feb. 27, 2007, Mike survived the loss of his hands, burns on 85 percent of his body, and loss of vision to live a life full of hope and purpose inspiring veterans to fight through their challenges to become involved as leaders in their local communities. Mike has served in Board of Directors and leadership capacities with the Gary Sinise Foundation and GallantFew.
