Frequently Asked Questions
Anything! If you can move, you can log “miles”! Non-distance-based activities (yoga, weightlifting, CrossFit, etc.) are logged as one mile = 15 minutes of movement. Distance-based activities (running, walking, biking, etc.) are logged as the number of distance miles completed.
You may also opt to complete a featured workout of the day (WOD) that focuses on the five fitness areas that GallantFew utilizes as in our VetSTAR Program. These WODs are logged as 2 miles per activity. Check out the schedule below.
Navigate to your dashboard (find the dashboard button in the upper right-hand of the website). On your dashboard page, scroll down to “Your Mileage Log” and find the date you want to edit. Delete the entry, and reenter your date, type, and miles.

Navigate to your dashboard (find the dashboard button in the upper right-hand of the website). On your dashboard page, you’ll see a “Log Your Miles” section. Complete the form, press submit, and you’re logged!
Medals are awarded based on activity logged AND funds raised. Each level represents the lowest threshold for that medal.
– Bronze Medal = min. 150 miles logged + $150 raised
– Silver Medal = min. 350 miles logged + $350 raised
– Gold Medal = min. 565 miles logged + $565 raised
Navigate to your dashboard (find the dashboard button in the upper right-hand of the website). On your dashboard page, find the “Account Menu” on the right-hand side and click “fundraising dashboard.” On that page, you’ll find your unique fundraising link and buttons to share via social media and email. You can also copy and paste the fundraising link to a text, email, social media post, and more.
Teams are created during the registration process. Visit our registration page and during the process, select “create a team” as a registration option. If you need to create a team after registration, reach out to info@patriotchallenge.org.
